Archival Overview
Section titled “Archival Overview”Gusion appears in the foundational texts of the Ars Goetia as a potent Duke of Hell, commanding forty legions of spirits. Unlike the more aggressive entities within the infernal hierarchy, Gusion is primarily sought for his intellectual and temporal faculties. He is known to manifest as a xenomorphic construct, often described by practitioners as resembling a cynocephalus (a dog-headed humanoid figure).
Core Anomalous Capabilities
Section titled “Core Anomalous Capabilities”Gusion’s influence is categorized as information-hazard level, due to his specific mastery over the flow of time and human inquiry:
- Temporal Omniscience: Gusion possesses the capacity to project consciousness across the past, present, and future, allowing him to answer inquiries regarding events that have transpired, are transpiring, or have yet to manifest.
- Semantic Disclosure: He holds the capability to reveal the “meaning” of all questions posed to him. This is not merely answering a query, but deconstructing the intent and metaphysical weight behind the question itself.
Behavioral Logic & Containment Protocol
Section titled “Behavioral Logic & Containment Protocol”[System Rule] When the entity is in an active state, the following protocols must be strictly adhered to:
- Law of Correspondence: All interactions must strictly adhere to the established metaphysical laws of the Ars Goetia. Attempts to bypass traditional summoning sigils are strictly prohibited to prevent spontaneous spatial displacement.
- Containment Perimeter: A baseline vigilance radius of 50 meters is required. During active manifestations, sound-dampening fields and reality-stabilization anchors (Type-G) are recommended to prevent the leakage of temporal echo signatures.
Modern Anomaly Adaptation
Section titled “Modern Anomaly Adaptation”“The difficulty in containing Gusion lies not in his hostility, but in his tendency to render the containment chamber obsolete. If he knows the outcome of the breach, he effectively exists in a state of post-containment before the breach even occurs.” — Senior Archivist Note, Sector 4
Currently, there are no recorded instances of Gusion interacting with contemporary localized anomalies. However, researchers suggest that in a modern digital context, Gusion might manifest as a “Data-Oracle” entity capable of parsing encrypted databases by viewing the “past” (logs) and “future” (predictive algorithms) of the hardware in question.
Research Requirement: Personnel are encouraged to submit supplementary findings regarding Gusion’s potential integration into modern digital-containment environments.
