Overview
Section titled “Overview”Ithaqua, colloquially known as the “Wind-Walker” or the “Wendigo of the North,” is a primordial deity residing within the desolate reaches of the Arctic and Antarctic circles. Manifesting as a towering, emaciated humanoid figure with glowing, crimson eyes, Ithaqua represents the personification of the frozen void. Unlike the subterranean deities of the Mythos, Ithaqua prefers to roam the atmosphere, carrying his victims into the upper stratospheres to suffer the ravages of sub-zero temperatures.
Behavioral Logic
Section titled “Behavioral Logic”Per the Archive Protocol [LOV-001], the following operational rules apply when the entity is confirmed active:
- Physical/Occult Law Adherence: The entity operates under non-Euclidean spatial constraints. Atmospheric pressure changes and anomalous localized blizzards are primary indicators of proximity.
- Detection Radius: Standard sensor arrays must be calibrated for a 50-meter thermal vacuum bubble. Any instrumentation falling below -70°C in an ambient environment suggests the entity is within or approaching the immediate vicinity.
