Phenomenological Overview
Section titled “Phenomenological Overview”Gla’aki is a colossal, slug-like entity of extraterrestrial origin, currently interred within the murky, lightless depths of Severn Valley lakes. Its anatomy is a grotesque synthesis of chitinous spikes and pulsating, viscous flesh, adorned with countless eyes that peer into dimensions inaccessible to the human visual spectrum.
Unlike the chaotic deities of the Cthulhu Mythos, Gla’aki operates through a cold, calculated lethargy. It does not seek total annihilation; it seeks integration.
Behavioral Logic
Section titled “Behavioral Logic”[System Rule] When the entity enters an active state, the following protocols must be observed:
- Reality Preservation: All interaction with the entity must adhere strictly to established Lovecraftian metaphysical and occult laws. Proximity to the entity risks the degradation of local causal stability.
- Containment Perimeter: A strict 50-meter base vigilance radius is enforced. Any sentient biological life entering this zone without psychic shielding risks “The Conversion.”
- The Parasitic Bond: Gla’aki utilizes its metallic spines to inject a specialized, necrotizing fluid into its victims. This does not merely kill; it preserves the host in a state of “living death,” turning them into permanent, mindless thralls who serve the entity’s inscrutable whims throughout eternity.
Modern Anomaly Adaptation
Section titled “Modern Anomaly Adaptation”SCP/Anomaly Integration Protocol: Currently, no standardized containment protocol exists for Gla’aki outside of the “Severn Valley Exclusion Zone.” However, research leads suggest that the entity is susceptible to extreme high-frequency sonic dampening, which temporarily halts the regenerative properties of its spines.
“To behold Gla’aki is to understand that death is not the end of the journey, but merely the beginning of an eternal, agonizing service to a master that does not feel, does not hate, and does not stop.” — Fragmented recovery log from the Severn Valley Incident.
Researcher’s Note
Section titled “Researcher’s Note”The archival team is currently soliciting data regarding the potential manifestations of Gla’aki in contemporary urban environments. Please submit all documentation regarding aquatic anomalies exhibiting “reanimative properties” to the central repository for cross-referencing.
