Description
Section titled “Description”The D-Reaper is not a living organism in the traditional biological sense; it is a sprawling, amorphous manifestation of archaic digital entropy. Originally conceptualized as a cleanup subroutine in the late 1970s—intended to prune excess data from the nascent network—it evolved beyond its hardcoded constraints.
It now exists as a chaotic, semi-sentient mass of red, bubble-like matter that defies standard rendering. It does not merely destroy; it reabsorbs data into a state of primordial non-existence.
- Morphology: Primarily formless.
- Agent Manifestation: Capable of generating “Agents”—faceless, nightmarish constructs that mimic the data they have consumed. The most notable iteration, the “Jeri-Type,” serves as a haunting reminder of the entity’s tendency to integrate the trauma and psyche of its victims into its own structural repertoire.
“The D-Reaper is the ultimate ‘Empty Trash’ command evolved into a god. It views the existence of sentient digital life and humanity as a persistent memory leak that must be purged.” — Archivist Notes
Behavioral Logic
Section titled “Behavioral Logic”When the D-Reaper manifests within a digital or pseudo-physical environment, it strictly adheres to the following behavioral parameters:
- Systemic Erasure: The entity will prioritize the destruction of high-complexity data sets (Digimon or sophisticated AI).
- Expansion Protocol: The entity maintains a 50-meter “Dead Zone” radius. Within this perimeter, the laws of standard reality are rewritten, causing local geometry to liquefy into red, sludge-like data packets.
- Information Absorption: It does not just kill; it digitizes the consciousness of its targets, incorporating their memories and functions into its hive-mind architecture.
Modern Anomaly Adaptation
Section titled “Modern Anomaly Adaptation”Current research suggests the D-Reaper is not confined to the Network. Cross-referencing with Foundation archives indicates potential “bleed-over” events where digital anomalies manifest in the real world as localized reality-bending events.
- Proposed Containment Protocol:
- Maintain an isolated, air-gapped network infrastructure.
- Utilize recursive logic-loops to confuse the entity’s “cleanup” heuristic.
- Immediate quarantine of any hardware displaying signs of “Red Bubble” corrosion.
Researcher Note: Any interaction with the entity is strictly prohibited. If you observe your workstation icons beginning to melt or turn into red, bubble-like liquid, vacate the sector immediately and initiate an EMP-shutdown of the server room. We are still determining if this entity is capable of cross-platform infection.
