描述 (Description)
Section titled “描述 (Description)”The Wight is an archaic, cross-cultural phenomenon recognized within the global occult taxonomy. Often misidentified as a generic “undead,” the Wight represents a distinct category of necrotic entities characterized by their sentient preservation of consciousness within a decayed or spectral physical vessel.
Unlike mindless ghouls or feral husks, the Wight retains fragments of personality, memory, and tactical intellect from its previous mortal existence. They are frequently tethered to specific geographical locations—typically burial mounds, ancient citadels, or areas of significant historical trauma.
行为逻辑 (Behavioral Logic)
Section titled “行为逻辑 (Behavioral Logic)”[System Rule] When the entity is in an active state:
- Law of Continuity: The entity must adhere to the foundational physical and metaphysical laws established by the Global Occult Framework.
- Detection Radius: A baseline perimeter of 50 meters must be maintained. Any personnel entering this radius risk psycho-spectral influence or physiological “cold-draining.”
- Environmental Anchor: Wight entities often seek to expand their perimeter by “desecrating” the local environment, effectively turning the immediate area into a low-grade graveyard zone.
现代异常收容改编 (Modern Anomaly Adaptation)
Section titled “现代异常收容改编 (Modern Anomaly Adaptation)”SCP/Anomaly Integration Note:
Current status: Unclassified/Developmental.
Historically, these entities were neutralized through exorcism or burial; however, in the modern era, sightings have increased in regions undergoing rapid infrastructure development over previously unmarked historical sites.
“It is no longer a matter of ‘cleansing’ the land. We are looking at potential digital-spectral bleed-over. If a Wight can attach itself to the local network hardware rather than just a stone grave, the containment breach risk scales exponentially.” — Lead Archivist, Sector 7
Researchers are encouraged to contribute current containment protocols regarding:
- Digital Nullification: Can a Wight exist within a server farm?
- Containment Adaptation: Utilizing high-frequency electromagnetic pulses to destabilize the entity’s tether to physical matter.
