Khorne, known colloquially as the Blood God or the Lord of Skulls, is an entity of immense psychic magnitude originating from the chaotic currents of the Warp. He represents the primal instinct of violence and the inevitable brutality of conflict.

“Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!”

Khorne manifests as a colossal, broad-shouldered entity, radiating a psychic aura of pure, unadulterated rage. He is permanently clad in ornate, blackened brass and iron armor, intricately carved with the iconography of slaughter. He is eternally seated upon a massive, pulsating throne of skulls—a monolith constructed from the remains of his victims—which rests atop a mountain of bones suspended in a metaphysical sea of boiling blood.

Unlike the other entities of the Warp, Khorne’s nature is singular: The pursuit of martial honor and the necessity of bloodshed. He represents the absolute indifference of combat; to him, the source of the blood is irrelevant, provided it flows. His influence is a fundamental feedback loop—as sentient beings wage war, the psychic resonance feeds the entity, further fueling the fires of conflict across the galaxy.

System Rule: When this entity reaches a state of active manifestation within local reality, the following protocols must be maintained:

  1. Metaphysical Compliance: Personnel must adhere strictly to the established laws of Warhammer 40k occult physics. Any attempts to rationalize this entity via standard logic will result in terminal psychic trauma.
  2. Containment Perimeter: A foundation-wide alert radius of 50 meters is strictly enforced. Any unauthorized proximity to material artifacts associated with the entity is strictly prohibited.
  3. Containment Class: Classified as Euclid due to the unpredictable nature of Warp-breaches and the inability to “destroy” an emotional construct of this magnitude.

Modern Anomaly Adaptation (Research Notes)

Section titled “Modern Anomaly Adaptation (Research Notes)”

SCP/Anomaly Integration: Current data regarding Khorne’s influence in modern, non-Warp environments remains inconclusive. However, researchers have noted correlations between large-scale historical violent upheavals and sudden, localized increases in background radiation consistent with Warp-tears.

Research Request: Investigation is needed into the psychological imprint of “The Blood God” on digital-age conflict patterns. Are we witnessing a resurgence of his influence through online radicalization and algorithmic aggression?
